Wow I imported 3 New Coffees to make this and boy howdy she's worth it :))

I'm not a dark drinker per say but this I can enjoy on the regular, just enough BlackBerry to be bright and finish well... roasted like a blonde or just a little lighter on the Espresso side! Also it has a medium roasted Guatemala in it, bringing out the depth... this is a real prize

Mélange sounds fancy right... not so much but it's how we bring out desired flavors with using different roast levels added together to make a finished product, not easy but you're worth it every time, we've been doing this in 4 of our regulars since day 1 :))
