These slow roasted Brazilian & African beans are taken to different roast levels (here at SoulShine) creating a perfect blend. Our Italian roast is taken to a deep espresso first, and the rest is slow roasted into a smoke. This process makes it rich and smokey but not burnt, which really is a work of art!!
Our Italian Roast makes a great cup of Coffee, Espresso or an Americano.
